Customs for a Cause Grand Prize Winner announced!

Forum member freedom410 is the grand prize winner in our Customs for a Cause charity customizing contest. He was selected by our forum members last weekend. So if you haven't already, head into the forums and tell him congrats! He also very selflessly is donating his prize to the Customs for a Cause auctions. So keep a look out for a Stass Allie 8x10 photo signed by Lily Nyamwasa when we start up the auctions in March!

Well, today is the day, folks! Now for the moment you've all been waiting for, prize announcements for our Customs for a Cause contest!

Our grand prize winner will receive a personalized Lily Nyamwasa autographed Stass Allie 8x10 photo and a $50 Andrew's Toyz gift card.

Two randomly selected winners receive $25 Man of Action Figures gift cards.

As you know, we're making quite an effort to promote our charity customizing contest, Customs for a Cause, which aims to raise money for ROAR Charity (Rwandan Orphans Assistance Response). Well no spotlight today, instead a friendly reminder that our contest, Customs for a Cause starts up tomorrow!! Hope you guys have had your creativity hats on these last few days!! Can't wait to see your entries!!!

Customs for a Cause!

Who wants to win some cool prizes, and help a great cause at the same time? Well from November 1 to January 31, Echo Base News will be running a Star Wars customizing contest called Customs for a Cause! We'll have several winners, including a fans' choice vote! You may be asking yourself, "Whats the theme?" We decided to forgo the theme and make it an open ended contest as long as it's set in the Star Wars Universe! We're limiting it to three entries per person. We'll announce prizes at a later date and to make things even better, for every entry, Echo Base News will be donating $1 to ROAR Charity (Rwandan Orphan Assistance Response), run by Lily Nyamwasa (the actress who played Jedi Master Stass Allie in Attack of the Clones and Revenge of the Sith).
