Today, we take a look at yet another Clone repaint with Commander Wolffe! Is yet another clone worth adding to your collection? Find out after the break!
TCW48: Commander Wolffe
Articulation: ball joint head, waist, shoulders, elbows, wrists, knees, ankles; swivel hipsAccessories: dual pistols, big honkin rocket launcher, removable helmet
Man, look at yet another Clone Trooper. No, go ahead, I'll give you time. Commander Wolffe is based on the super articulated clone, giving him ankles, hinged wrists, ball jointed waist and all of that other good stuff we've come to know and love. Yay! The bicep is based off Commander Cody's so that he can have his shoulder antennae.
The part where Wolffe starts to stand apart is in his paint job. His blue is debatably too blue to accomplish a 100% representation of Wolffe, but it still looks good by itself. As in, the blue looks nice, whether accurate or not. The color gives what could have been a boring repaint a lot of life, especially in his helmet. Hands down, Wolffe has the coolest helmet of any Clone so far.
What's to say? You're going to buy this figure no matter which words come after the bottom line. I have no major complaints against him, as well I shouldn't as there really isn't any problems with him. Bottom line: Your clone mania is justified and he's worth buying regardless.
